About Shannon’s Creations – Unique Bookmarks for Book Lovers

Hey there! I’m Shannon, the creator behind Shannon’s Creations, a small business based in the UK, where I craft unique and handcrafted bookmarks for passionate book lovers just like you. As a 20-year-old who’s obsessed with reading, I started this business to combine my love for books with my creativity—designing beautiful bookmarks and bookish goodies that help make your reading experience even more special.

 

How it Started and Why Bookmarks?

It all began in October 2024, I was looking at my bookmark jar and wondered why I couldn't find one to match my current read properly, then it clicked. I could make my own! I put my creative streak to use and designed what is now "The Collage Collection" .l decided since I love them so much, that I would go further out of my comfort zone and create a little bookish store on TikTok with them. Turned out... everyone LOVED them! - Fast forward 2 months, and behold "Shannon's Creations" my beloved Small Business!

 

A little backstory to WHY I started my Business, who knows? it might help you decide to make your own!

I loved collecting bookmarks ever since I picked up my first book. I feel like your job is so much better when you love doing it, I can only imagine that one day I can expand enough to make this more of a part time job! maybe even a full-time job! - So to me, bookmarks aren’t just practical accessories—they’re little pieces of art that can express your love for reading and your personal style. Whether you're into fantasy, romance, mystery, or any other genre, a bookmark can be a fun way to connect with your favorite stories.

 

That’s why I started Shannon’s Creations: to share my love for bookmarks with fellow bookworms! Each bookmark is designed with care and creativity, and I’m constantly working on new designs to inspire and delight readers. From cute and quirky to elegant and minimalistic, there’s something for every kind of book lover.
